The current heritage of JC ROGÉ House was initiated by Paul Rogé.

Maison JC ROGÉ has been cultivating vines for 4 generations.

He inherited farmland and vineyards just after the 1945 war.

Paul Rogé worked hard on the vines and started to vinify his grapes using his only 2,000 kg press.

In 1956, creation of the Trigny cooperative. Rogé Genevieve (Paul’s daughter) started selling champagne and selling to the farmer while keeping the agricultural land.

From 1981, my father Rogé Jean-claude stopped his initial job and decided to resume full-time farming with courage and passion for the marketing of JC ROGÉ Champagne.

I Rogé Jean-Charles, fourth generation, inherited the family operation that was entrusted to me with generosity and goodwill.

A Village, a Terroir.

Located in Trigny, in the heart of the Massif de Saint Thierry, 10 km from Reims, we grow the 3 grape varieties Champagne, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay on plots of up to forty years exclusively in the village of Trigny.

We operate a vineyard with an area of 6 hectares, composed of 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay on a sandy-clay soil.

Having inherited the passion for the vine and having the desire to advance the House, a reasoned viticulture is practiced within our vineyard.
